Tongue In Cheek is a brutally surreal, dangerously blue-collar comedy that follows Redd, a restless worker, who is wrestling with existential meaning in his humdrum day job.
Written and Directed by myself and my friend, Travis Gorzelsky. We called in a lot of favors for this one and had a blast making it.
Scenic Fights Presents My Fight - Fattaah
Co-directed and produced by myself and Scenic Fights, we explore the story of martial artist Fattaah, who used martial arts to forge a straight and narrow path while growing up in the meam streets of 1980’s Harlem.
Scenic Fights Presents My Fight - Fattaah won best 2 minute action trailer at the 2018 Urban Action Showcase in NYC.
This was one of my favorite projects to work on with Harper's Bazaar. As a colorist, I got to really push the footage and had some stunning results.
We had a little fun with this one. Filled with a ton of 80’s nostalgia, we created a really fun graphics package to match the tone of the piece.
A spooky short that I had the pleasure of working on.
Another one of my VFX EDITOR gigs at FUSEFX for MR. ROBOT season 2. Don’t be fooled. There are a ton of hidden VFX in this show. Like most things you see TV / Film related, almost every shot is effected in some way.
A naturalistic grade for a beautifully shot promotional piece.
This faux trailer was extremely fun to make and much like the one day turn around, most of the characters who appear in it have left the news cycle.
A short lived series for Esquire about the complexity of crafting jokes.
American Made is another project I worked on during my time at FUSEFX as a VFX Editor. This is project was shot on 5 different cameras, featuring a variety of formats. We had a great team keeping everything in line and it turned out looking great.
The Get Down is another project I worked on during my time at FUSEFX as a VFX Editor. There were so many VFX shots that more than 10 companies had to work together to finish. While the show didn’t last, the effects are a classic example of what to expect from Baz Luhrmann.
A labor of love from my best bud Travis Gorzelsky. Our small team of dreamers managed to use what little spare time we had to produce this fun series that Esquire released. The full series can be seen here: https://www.facebook.com/truefitnessshow
